Dr. Eric Davis is the Chief of Administration in Harford County Public Schools.  In his role he oversees all the operational departments and is responsible for implementing customer service and community engagement initiatives for the district.  Dr. Davis has been in public education for 32 years.  He has been a principal in three different schools and held numerous central office leadership positions. Throughout his career, he has always had a passion for family and community engagement.  In 2010 he wrote the very popular book … I hear you knocking – but you can’t come in! A framework for creating a welcoming environment in schools, a book that was purchased by many school districts nationwide.He is the author of  his a print and audio book entitled Leadership Maturity – Creating a Culture through Introspection and Reflection and the new book, Cracking the Code  Dr. Davis is a former aerobics instructor and enjoys getting his audiences up and moving during his presentations.
